I think this will become really interesting next week when the discussion shifts to more about planning responses.
ReplyDeleteLomborg does raise good points as only when short term threats /risks are lessened, then we start to think about the longer term. I believe climate change can often be viewed as a concern for the relatively wealthy when people do not have to work everyday just to get by.
